Welcome to Docufast, a trade name of Wyandock, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These
 Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at docufast.com (“Website”)
 and the apostille facilitation services we provide (“Services”).

 By accessing our Website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these
 Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or Services.

1. Services Description

Docufast provides apostille facilitation services for a wide variety of documents issued
 by state, federal, and local authorities in the United States. Our services may include,
 but are not limited to, obtaining apostilles for FBI criminal background checks, state-
 issued certificates of good standing, birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce
 decrees, powers of attorney, notarized documents, educational transcripts, corporate
 documents, and other official records. We act as an intermediary to help you obtain
 apostilles from the appropriate government authorities.

 Docufast is not a government agency. We are a private company that facilitates the
 apostille process on behalf of our clients.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old
 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You also represent that all
 information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Service Process and Timeline

Service Levels: We offer different service levels with varying processing times based
 on document type and issuing authority. Available service levels and their associated
 processing times will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
 Processing Time: Processing times are estimates based on typical government
 processing times and do not constitute a guarantee. Actual processing times may vary
 due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to government delays,
holidays, high volume periods, or issues with submitted documents. Processing times
 begin once we receive all required documents and information from you.

Document Submission: You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and
 legible documents. We will review your submission and notify you if we identify any
 issues. However, we cannot guarantee that documents will be accepted by government
 authorities.

4. Fees and Payment

Service Fees: All fees are clearly displayed on our Website before you complete your
 purchase. Fees include our service charges and applicable government fees. Fees vary
 based on document type, issuing authority, and selected service level.
 Payment: Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By
 providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount for the
 selected services. All payments are in U.S. dollars.
 Additional Fees: If government authorities require additional fees or if you request
 services beyond the original scope, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
 You will not be charged additional fees without your consent.

5. Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
 If we are unable to provide the requested service through no fault of the customer
 If you cancel your order before we have submitted your documents to government
 authorities
 If there is a significant delay caused by our error or negligence
 Non-Refundable: Fees are non-refundable once we have submitted your documents to
 government authorities. Government fees are never refundable. We are not responsible
 for refunds if:
 Your documents are rejected due to errors, incompleteness, or ineligibility
 Delays occur due to government processing or factors beyond our control
 You change your mind after we have begun processing
 Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the
 original payment method.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and legible documents
 Respond promptly to any requests for additional information or documentation
 Verify that your documents meet the requirements of the destination country
 Provide a valid email address and regularly check for communications from us
 Ensure that your documents are original or certified copies as required by authorities

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
 We are not liable for any delays or failures in service delivery caused by government
 agencies, postal services, or other third parties.
 We are not responsible for the acceptance or rejection of your documents by destination
 countries or institutions.
 Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our Services shall not
 exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
 damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or travel expenses.

8. Document Handling and Privacy

We take the security and privacy of your documents seriously. All documents are
 handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our Website.
 Physical Document Retention: Physical documents submitted to us will be securely
 stored for approximately six months after the completion of services, after which they
 will be securely destroyed. You may request earlier destruction of your documents at
 any time by contacting us. Alternatively, you may request the return of your physical
 documents by mail at your expense. Digital copies of your documents are retained only
 as long as necessary to provide our Services and comply with legal obligations.
 Data Security: While we implement reasonable security measures to protect your
 documents and personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security of
 transmitted or stored data. You acknowledge that you provide documents at your own
 risk

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property
 of Wyandock, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express
 written permission.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
 Use our Services for any illegal purpose or to facilitate illegal activity
 Submit fraudulent, forged, or altered documents
 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
 Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Website or Services
 Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

 payment processor Stripe. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or

 directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or
 expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

 Your violation of any rights of another party
 Any fraudulent, false, or misleading information provided by you

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware,
 without regard to its conflict of law principles.
 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our
 Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the
 American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and
 judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
 Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm.
 Claims for small amounts may be brought in small claims court.
 Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You
 waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

 constitute the entire agreement between you and Wyandock, LLC regarding your use of
 our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
